Queensland Minerals is a new public company that is exploring a portfolio of projects in the historically mineral rich state of Queensland.

First Drilling Success
Impressive initial drill results indicate the presence of gold-copper mineralization at the Lynd River, Anastasia project.

A 3,000 m Diamond Drill Program at Anastasia
Drill holes are testing the newly discovered zone to locate the up-flow area that produced the mineralization discovered to date.

Discovery Zone Expansion
The system is open along strike and at depth and there are other prospects nearby which will be evaluated over the coming months.

Previous Exploration Successes
Over the past 7 years the CEO, James Crombie and Chairman, David Fennell have been closely involved in the discovery of the Hope Bay project, in Nunavut, and the Palmarejo project in Mexico. In addition, Mr. Fennell as founder and President of Golden Star Resources, from 1983 to 1999, was instrumental in the discovery of the Camp Caiman project in French Guiana, the Omai mine in Guyana and the Rosebel mine in Suriname.
