Gold Exploration in Eastern Australia

Company Overview
In March 2007 Queensland Minerals Ltd. completed its IPO and the listing of its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol QML. Over the course of the preceding ten years as a private company, Queensland Minerals acquired and carried out initial exploration on a portfolio of projects located in the state of Queensland in Eastern Australia.

Queensland Minerals’ efforts are focused on gold -copper exploration, principally on epithermal and porphyry hosted styles of mineralization. The Company’s land package totals 1,162 ²km.

At present, the Company is exploring three areas: Lynd River - Anastasia, Mungana – Dingo Peak, Sybil Graben. Within each project area, a number of targets have been identified which will be the subject of continued evaluation by drilling in 2008.

Results from the exploration work to date indicate that the Company has made a significant new discovery at the Lynd Anastasia project, with a large target identified at Mungana.
