• Queensland Minerals is engaged in the business of mineral exploration in Queensland, Australia.
• The exploration programs are being carried out through its wholly owned Australian subsidiaries Queensland Minerals (Australia) Pty Ltd. and Asmam Pty Ltd.
• These companies hold titles by way of exploration permits for minerals (EPM) and mining leases (ML) and mineral develpment license (MDL) that encompass three project areas: Lynd River, Sybil Graben and Mungana.
• The focus is on epithermal and porphyry hosted styles of mineralization.
• Within each project area, targets were identified and were the subject of testing by core and or reverse circulation drilling since August 2007.
• Exploration work to date indicates that the Company has identified at Mungana.
• Queensland Minerals has a proven management team with a successful record: Palmarejo Silver and Gold, Ariane Gold, Miramar Mining Corporations, Golden Star Resources Ltd.
• Queensland, Australia has a rich history of significant gold discoveries, is politically stable, has local mining expertise, a well developed mining law and many world-class deposits in major commodities.
